Cancellation and Refund
At ARNI, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you ever need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
For Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
Cancellation before Dispatch: You may cancel your prepaid order before it has been shipped. In this case, a full refund will be issued with no deduction.
Cancellation after Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled; however, since logistics are already reserved, a standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or future credit.
2. Refund & Return Eligibility
We only offer refunds for products that are: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly delivered (wrong item).
For claims, customers must:
✔ Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (for prepaid) or as store credit/UPI for COD orders.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Change of mind after delivery
❌ Used or unboxed products
❌ Delays due to courier or unforeseen logistics issues
