Shipping & Returns

At ARNI, we carefully pack and ship each order to ensure your journals and lifestyle products reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
 

1. Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted third-party courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow your package until delivery.

2. Shipping Charges
Order Value / Location-Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹1000-Free Shipping
Orders below ₹1000-hipping charges apply at checkout

Deliveries in Mumbai & Pune (selected pin codes)    Free or Reduced Shipping, based on courier accessibility

Note: Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Processing Time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days depending on location and courier partner
Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or festive rush.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

with your order ID.
 

5. Cancellation & Shipping Fees

As per our Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Before Dispatch: No shipping charges will be deducted.

After Dispatch: If cancellation/refusal occurs after shipment, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or credit.


6. Undelivered / Wrong Address

If the courier returns an order due to:
❌ Incomplete or incorrect address
❌ Unavailable recipient
❌ Repeated delivery attempts failed

→ Re-shipping can be arranged, but additional shipping fees will be charged.
 

7. International Shipping (If Applicable / Future Use)

Currently, ARNI ships only within India. International deliveries will be introduced soon.
